Most of us haven’t heard of Alcatel unless you bought a recent unlocked prepaid phone form Radio Shack. The base $15.00 phones are Alcatel. This however isn’t that phone but a more ramped up tech savy smart data version. Even more interesting is they are adding a smart band to the mix. Now a combo is available to keep to fully connected to the world and yourself.
