November 4, 2013: India is heading to Mars

India will be launching it’s Mars Rover Tomorrow. Not much has been talked about this in the US, but it is a huge step both nationally and internationally for India as they ramp up there Space Program. Maybe both Rovers will meet on Mars. How cool would that be.
