October 7, 2013: Nippon Super Glass from CEATEC 2013

Well, is this it for unbreakable glass. Seems to come close. Lexan and Arcylics have been around and have the flexibility desired to reduce shattering. But, the drawback is the strength and resistance to scratches. Now, Nippon has developed glass to rival flexible translucent plastics but have the desired properties of glass and more.
