From our friends at Mobile Mag, it looks like Apple will be making a Bionic Iwatch. Yes, this will use technology to help you. How? It can possible work in 2 ways I can think of. The 1st is a system similar to the Jawbone Up, where sensors monitor health features you do. The 2nd is it can use gesture control to control devices. Either way it should be interesting to see and try out.
