So, let’s see how this is going to turn out. Apple is using Samsung’s processor and is allegeing that samsung infringed on Apple patents referring to releases of processor details for their processor used in android. So, basically, apple uses samsungs processors and Apple has already been awarded a settlement for Samsung violating Apple Patents and copying some patented tech to Android OS for Google. The result of this mayhem is that Apple will be switching processor mfgs in the future. Funny how a Google lawyer is representing Samsung vs. Apple.
